1. Store and scope
Relay Proxy at https://nexaitlabs.com/ supplies digital proxy access. These terms describe purchases and use of the service alongside the package description and refund policy displayed before checkout. Whop processes payments; its own terms also apply to use of its platform.
2. Your purchase
Review the price, currency, bandwidth, connection quantity, location options, access period and billing schedule before paying. A recurring charge applies only where the checkout identifies a subscription. Do not assume that a one-time package renews automatically. Contact support@nexaitlabs.com or the seller through your Whop purchase if any package detail is unclear.
3. Payment and delivery
Credentials are delivered within 24 hours after verified payment, following supplier provisioning within that window. A checkout return page alone is not confirmation of payment or fulfillment. Connection details are provided through private order access. If credentials have not arrived within 24 hours, contact support@nexaitlabs.com or the seller through your Whop purchase with your order reference so we can investigate and resolve the delay. Report unusable credentials through the same support channels. Network performance and access to third-party destinations can vary; no universal access or anonymity guarantee is made. Applicable rights relating to delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.
4. Authorized use and security
Use proxies only for lawful activities and systems or accounts you are authorized to access. Fraud, credential attacks, spam, malware, harassment, denial-of-service attacks and unauthorized access are prohibited. Applicable supplier restrictions also apply. Protect usernames, passwords and private order links; do not publish them. Report suspected compromise through your Whop purchase.
5. Access restrictions and refunds
All sales are final. Relay Proxy does not offer voluntary refunds, including for a change of mind, unused bandwidth, partly used packages or accidental purchases. Review the package and billing details before paying. This does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by applicable law, or payment-provider reversals and dispute rights. Report delivery or technical issues for assistance. Access may expire when the purchased term or allowance ends. We may restrict access while investigating misuse and request supplier-side suspension. A completed full refund disables order access.
6. Support, changes and rights
Contact support@nexaitlabs.com or the seller through your Whop purchase and include your order reference, without passwords or private tokens. Material changes to these terms apply prospectively and will be published before they apply to new purchases. Changes do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
