End-User License Agreement

1. Limited scope
This agreement concerns use of the Relay Proxy web portal and credential-generation interface at https://nexaitlabs.com/. It does not claim ownership of third-party proxy infrastructure or grant rights to third-party software.
2. Permission to use the interface
Subject to your applicable purchase terms and this agreement, Relay Proxy permits you to access and use its interface to view and manage the proxy service you purchased. This permission is limited to authorized use during the relevant access period. No ownership of the interface, branding or underlying code is transferred.
3. Restrictions
Do not attempt unauthorized access to other customers' orders, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt the interface or use it for fraud or other prohibited activity. Do not copy or distribute protected interface content or code without permission, except where applicable law permits it. Only configure proxies for systems and activities you are authorized to access.
4. Credentials and third-party services
Keep credentials and private delivery links confidential. Configuration output reflects the available interface options and does not guarantee that every destination, region or third-party service will be available. Proxy service limits, permitted use and billing are governed by the applicable package and service terms. Third-party components remain subject to their own applicable terms.
5. Access ending and updates
Interface access can end when the purchased service expires, a completed full refund disables access, or restrictions are applied for misuse under the service terms. Ending interface access does not decide any refund entitlement. Updates may change the interface; purchased entitlements remain subject to the agreed service terms and mandatory rights.
6. Support and mandatory rights
Contact support@nexaitlabs.com or the seller through your Whop purchase for support and include your order reference. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy address the broader purchase and data relationship. This agreement does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
